Tutor Time of Surprise

"I enrolled my daughter about 2 months ago and this has been the BEST school we have ever experienced. My daughter was a little non verbal before starting and her old school wasn’t much help. Just after 2 months she is talking more, singing, dancing and making so many friends. She has amazing teachers who are attentive, patient and so understanding. I have legit cried so many times after picking my daughter up and seeing her progress. Everyone there is amazing with great vibes but I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Adiah and Ms. Maria for all the extra effort and time they put in with my child. This school has truly been a blessing. Thank you ALL for all you have done."

"Not accommodating to supporting needs as far as developmental (potty training) and does not have a set curriculum. Inconsistent attention provided to the children, understaffed facility leads to no one being available in front office and cafeteria staff ”filling in” to watch children. I have personally witnessed Amanda, cafeteria staff, yell at the children on multiple occasions- unacceptable."

"Went to tour this location today and anyone thinking of putting their child there needs to stay away. We were looking at the Preschool 2 Room, Preschool 1Room was coming back into the room and the African American teacher yelled at a child as he was walking out of line. We kept going with the tour, not even 5 mins after that she was yelling at a child again,very loudly that "he doesn't need to be getting into that" "leave it alone right now" and the lady who was giving us the tour, had to go into the Preschool 2Room and tell her to watch her tone. After that we promptly left. That was completely unacceptable. I hope it wasn't because we were there touring that she stepped in to tell her to stop."

"My family and I have been in tutor time for many years. We had to take a break for a bit during the pandemic and we recently decided to come back for our youngest. I will admit in years before tutor time was not that great but it was the only option. However that is not the case now! The new leaders of the school Tiffany and Aimee have done AN AMAZING JOB bringing life and love into this school. The teachers are so great at communicating and the kids are doing so many activities on a daily basis. I am seriously impressed by how different the school is now. It truly is like a night and day change. I can't wait to see how much this school continues to change and am really excited to be a part of it. My son Kelley absolutely loves his class and his teachers. And I really enjoy the new app and being able to livestream the camera to his classroom to see what he is doing for the day. Big changes have been made to tutor time recently and they are the best changes I have ever seen!"

"Wish i could give negative stars on this place. For starters they have no curriculum for toddlers and are basically babysitters of the worst kind. One of the things that drew us to this facility is that they are the sister company of child time which our son had attended since he was 2 months and he’s he’s now almost 2 and they have live cameras you can view your child on. He attended in Mesa but we moved to surprise and unfortunately only tutor time was available. We thought they would be similar but they are far from it. They are insensitive, untrained and unprofessional from the workers to the director. First incident took place the week of 3/22/21. I watched a workers ignore by my baby end act disgusted by him drooling. She deliberately played with every child around him and left him screaming. I saw her talking to him crazy as well, pointing in his face and being very mean. I reported it to the director and she stated she would assess the workers behavior and talk to her. She never followed up with me and acted as if nothing g happened. Fast forward to 3/31/21, i watched 2 workers yank my child around, snatch toys from him and even drop him over the gate dividing the classrooms. They placed him in a classroom by himself when he was not misbehaving or crying. We then went off. My husband cursed everybody in the facility out. My son is the only black child in this class, so you can imagine what comes to mind here. Come to find out the director never recorded the 1st situation and claims she’s has no access to the camera footage but literally told us on the first occasion that she can only view in emergencies. Guess abuse to my son isn’t an emergency. I have contacted the regional director and I’m prepared to go higher. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS CARELESS FACILITY! I think they forget they’re on camera. I will be taking action against this facility. Wrong kid, right mama!"
