"Doctors and staff are always attentive and caring! The experience is way better than any other health clinic I have visited in Arizona. I am glad to be able to finally get the health care I have been searching for. I have seen all specialists in this clinic and every time the care I have received was on point. Very satisfied."
"Horrible experience. Made a virtual appointment due to having to fly out of town in the next few days to go to Ohio. Needed refills on my medicine. -Recieved a message through their portal to ask if I was in Arizona or they would have to cancel. There was nothing to prompt this. They literally tried to cancel my appointment for this, if I didn't see or respond to this random message. -An hour before the virtual appointment received another portal messaging stating that I had to come in to the office. I told them that was unacceptable and it shouldn't have let me book the virtual appointment and give me no notice. I had work meetings booked based on this being a virtual appointment. -Recieved a random message stating that they could reschedule for 9:45pm -Recieved another message stating that they would have to cancel the 9:45pm due to the Dr leaving. -Finally finished my work meetings for the day and called their office to see what was going on with them not making any sense. They said their office was closing due to AC issues. Total joke. Conflating info and not fulfilling obligations or commitments."
"Every experience is challenged. They are consistently unable to honor appointments. They don’t do blood work or blood panels. Medical personnel consistently call out cancelling appointments. This is one of the most pointless insurance recommended benefits at Amazon. The website boasts they complete blood work, physical therapy, chiropractic, nutrition, physicals and non work related illnesses and visits. That said we’ve attempted 5 visits, 4 services, and only been successful at being seen once. I don’t recommend. This was given two stars as the NP who we saw was friendly when we were able to go."
