"My review is of Lora Smitham. Let me be clear in that I have never seen her. She was listed on my provider list through Blue Cross Blue Shield I called the number listed for her under Clear Horizons and there is no ID’d voice mail but I left messages 3 different times and never even got a return call. I also emailed and received a follow up email about 8 days later saying she was very busy and asking about my insurance and availability. I immediately responded and never heard back. I have severe anxiety and panic disorder and was desperately trying to find help. For someone dedicated to mental health, I would never recommend ANY professional who doesn’t care enough to return a call or email. Beyond uncaring and unprofessional."
