"I've been trying to set an appointment for a week. The schedule button sends you to a 404 error page. If you click "schedule now" through the evaluations page the "find a doctor" doesn't work. when I called I was sent to voicemail I've left voicemails and got no responses. And I've tried the chat feature and again zero answers."

"Unfortunately due to a very negative experience I need to update my review. After scheduling an appointment online and then filling out the paperwork I was sent via text, I was never notified about my appointment and then never heard anything back from this company after calling them about missing said appointment. When you are looking to get a prescription refilled please don’t expect it to be in a timely manner. This place can be somewhat unreliable to their patient's and that is a shame. I have been coming here for a little over a year. Before I saw Christopher Bradshaw this place to me was a solid 2 but after meeting with him for the first time I feel so much better about my time at Alevea. He completely understood what I was asking and didn’t try to push any other medication on me as my previous provider did. THANK YOU"

"“One-size-fits-all prescription leads to overdose” I came here to get an ADHD diagnosis and was impressed by their promptness in getting me in for an appointment. I passed with flying colors (obvious sarcasm) and got diagnosed with ADHD. They did the test in the wrong order (their words) and then set up an appointment to talk. I talked with a “Dr.” Thomas Pearson, if you can call him that who asked me some vague questions about my experience. This was probably ten minutes of talking, after which he deemed it necessary I get prescribed Adderall. I don’t even need to begin to explain why this is a major red flag, but I am naive and trusting so the very same day I went and got the prescription. It was 10mg per dose. He told me to take one in the morning and one in the afternoon (whatever that means) without ever asking my height or weight, my previous responses to medication, or any other comorbidities that might be worsened by the medication. What happened was, on day three of taking it, I was finally able to do two doses in a day as he told me to. However, because he never told me what time of day to take them, I took them maybe 7 hours apart and overdosed. I had cold sweats, nausea, a panic attack, and was awake all night scratching my eyes out because the pain was severe. I didn’t say anything because I was scared to talk about it to anyone, but I know now that he was irresponsible in prescribing me any medication at all not knowing a thing about me. I had another meeting scheduled with him that he never showed up to, and upon trying to follow up, I received no word back. I haven’t gone to therapy since, my condition has gotten much much worse, but I am glad at least, that I did not go back to these irresponsible people. I am posting about a year after the incident."
