"I was extremely impressed by the customer service and the provided care from this place. My mother is deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other so a lot of times places treat my mother like she’s not there and only talk to me or treat her like a child when talking to her but they were far from it. They took their time answering our question and guiding us through the appointment to make sure all of my mothers questions and concerns were answered. There was a small discrepancy with the inputed insurance information that we didn’t catch but the person working with us, Melinda did and was on top of it on fixing it with her manager to make sure everything went through smoothly. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the doctor was very professional and made sure to do a thorough eye exam for her. I definitely recommend this place."

"Service has gone from ok to bad. FIRST, even with an appointment, the wait to get to order glasses after the visit was a total of 1.5 hours of wait. Then, they push on polarized lenses, not optional anymore but standard! And not with this explanation that we now only offer polarized lenses. Nope! With the statement that sunglasses all have to be polarized to have tinted lenses! Which is the most false statement! It is an option that one may or may not get when just purchasing sunglasses. And now? We have to accept all this option and this ignorant statement? Why? Really bad technique to sell more, cause it is a turn off actually!"

"So helpful but also allow you to browse on your own. I brought my four year old in for her first pair of glasses. They were so helpful explaining coverage and allowed us to browse in peace while we looked over the different frames for her. They also brought out and showed us the special tots glasses and allowed us to look over those. I really like how they are receptive to questions but left you in peace if you didn’t have any. The woman who competed our order was so kind and great with my daughter. I especially loved the conversation I had with the woman at the desk who eased my mom guilt over not noticing our child was having vision issues right away. Honestly really lovely ladies in there."

"First experience (having never been there before and coming from out of state with glasses I bought somewhere else): Not only did they adjust AND clean (which I didn't ask them to do) my glasses, but they replaced a missing screw all free of charge and didn't even ask me to make an account with them. Second experience: My first proper eye appointment was fantastic. No one harasses you with salesmen questions while you look at glasses, the staff are all polite and helpful, the optometrist themself is quick, efficient, thorough, and accurate. I've never had SUCH a good prescription. Walked out with an order for transition lenses and a higher-end frame and paid well under $200. Third experience: My order arrived in about half the time that they advertised. The glasses are fantastic and, again, the PERFECT prescription. They do have some weird hours. When I went to pick up, they were well within their open hours (about 3 pm on a day when they close at 5) but the door was locked. I'm not sure what that's about and I've seen other reviews mark down for this. I would have rated 4 stars for this if it wasn't for the fact that when I tried and failed to open the door, someone immediately came to the door and welcomed me in for my pickup."
