"Stayed in October for 3 nights at a nice villa in Utah (45 minutes from Zion National park). While we had no complaints about the house itself, we were given the wrong code in our email to enter the home. We were already tired from our flight and late night drive from Vegas, where we arrived at the house around 11pm. After numerous attempts to call/text/email them, we finally received the correct code around 2am. The disappointing things was there was no apology given nor any compensation. Obviously we don't plan to use them again as this was a major hiccup in our trip. Awful Awful customer service."

"Dear Private Vacations, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the rental agreement for the property Hurricane, which we booked through Airbnb today for 12/1-12/5. Upon completing the booking, we were presented with an additional rental agreement that significantly alters the terms and conditions we initially agreed to. Our primary concern lies in the hidden disclosure regarding the mandatory signing of an extra rental agreement. This disclosure was not prominently displayed in the original listing, making it difficult to locate and understand the full scope of the booking terms. This practice is misleading and raises questions about the transparency of your company's policies. Furthermore, the additional rental agreement imposes strict cancellation policies that were not clearly outlined in the Airbnb listing. The "no refunds" policy is particularly concerning, especially considering that we were unaware of this condition prior to completing our booking. Given the discrepancies between the Airbnb listing and the additional rental agreement, we feel that our rights as consumers have been compromised. We kindly request that you reconsider your decision and provide us with a full refund for the rental. We have always enjoyed using Airbnb for our vacation bookings and have never encountered such a situation before. We believe that Private Vacations' practices are unfair and could potentially deter potential customers from using your services. "The property and condo was beautiful spacious and met our needs comfortably, however the condo was not clean. The sheets and comforter in one of the rooms were stained along with the sink which had toothpaste in it. We quickly realized not to go barefoot in the kitchen and bathroom floors because it had not been mopped. The bottom of our feet were black. The vents were thick of dust and the filters had probably never been changed. The dust on the coffee pot was also thick along with the counters. We had to wash a load of glasses and the blender because they were dirty also. Kay was wonderful to come and change the sheets promptly. I am writing this review because when I called "Private Vacations" to inform them of the issues and told them I had pictures, they only refunded us the cleaning fee of $150 and $100 credit toward a future visit. I feel living in this dirt for 6 days warranted more than a cleaning fee of $150. If I was the owners of this unit, I certainly would want to know the condition of my investment."

"We love staying at the Coral Springs resort! The pool and basketball area are some of our favorites! We love the location. We had a mix up on our reservation, my fault, and they were totally accommodating and found us another suite at their resort even during spring break! We love the layout of the 3 bedroom suites, plenty of space for families. We definitely will keep coming back here for our St George stays!"

"Coral Ridge Zion Family Escape - the perfect little getaway site. Its nice to have a kitchen. Media equipment in apt is dated. Bed was not stable. Pool is serene, feels like you are in the private desert. Seriously just beautiful relaxing perfection. The fitness room is dated and not well maintained :( This happens over time, but should be updated, make sure water tank is full, provide necessary sanitation materials for guests to properly sanitize equipment. Paper towels and water were empty all weekend, and paper towel dispenser had fallen off the wall. Many machines are wobbly and need updating. I really did love our stay here, and I would recommend it but with the caveat that few details need to be polished up to warrant the price. I will try to stay here one more time before looking for newer, updated places to stay."
