"Be aware that if you rent a place here in the winter that the pool is NOT heated. That is understandable if you understand “heated” pools. They should make it clear that a heated pool only works if the outside temperature is warm. They don’t make that clear or give you that knowledge to a person that doesn’t own or maintain a “heated” pool. The place we rented was pretty worn out for how modern it is. The towel holders were falling off, the carpet needed to be stretched, the stair rails were rickety, the upstairs floors were creaking and loud, the doors squealed and squeaked. The water temperature in some of the faucets were very hot to the point if a child turned them on, they would get scalded. Some of the rooms were cold and some were hot enough to where you needed to open a window to cool them down. There was a large hole in an area that you could trip into if it was night and you weren’t looking. I would NOT recommend this place. The one positive is the game room and gym were nice."

"Rented 2 units for our family reunion. Loved it here. The rooms were nice and comfy. Units with bunks for the kids and private rooms for adults. The pool was. A great gathering place for all ages. Splash pad, lazy river, pool, hot tub, tanning shelf and seating on the side as well. Close to Quail Creek and Sand hollow reservoirs."

"Loved our stay. The townhome was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. We had everything we needed and had a great vacation! Rooms are large and half are en suites. Kids loved the pool and could have stayed all day. They are heated, so our January trip was awesome!"

"100 out of 10 for my stay in unit 335, I would 100% recommend anyone who's visiting the area to stay there!! The house was gorgeous, the decoration is so nice and comfortable, the beds are clean and comfy, and they have all the supplies that you need, even conditioner. The kitchen is awesome, they have everything you ever needed, it was like walking into the kitchen supply aisle in wholefoods, you can easily cook a thanksgiving dinner there. The house felt just like home but even nicer. What makes the house so special was the host Heidi, she is the nicest host I have ever met in my entire life, she extended our stay for an hour because we need more time and was even willing to extend longer if the cleaning lady didn't have time to reschedule, also I left something in the house when I left, she drove through the worst storm from salt lake city just to get it for me and ship it on time, my mom won't even do this for me yet she did. She's trying her best to make sure her guests are having the best stay there and she did a marvelous job. I would not stay in any other place if I visit the area again but Heidi's house."

"We are staying here for Christmas and the whole family is having a great time. The home were renting is large and comfortable, and the clubhouse is just a few blocks away. The swimming pool and lazy river are heated, the hot tub easily accommodates 10 people, and the 2 fire pits have seating for 20 people easily. The gym has the latest commercial equipment along with free weights and dumbbells, and the pool table, kitchen, and bbq pits make it easy to keep everyone entertained and fed."
