"Nothing to complain about. The room was nice. The included breakfast had limited gluten-free options though. I ended up only eating yogurt and a massive orange. The jets in the hot tub were also broken. They would spew the water as a mist into the air. The other guests in the hot tub had gotten red eyes from the chlorine and complained it was hard to breathe. We tried to keep the jets turned off, but a young kid insisted that they be turned on. It was frustrating, but we all lived. Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite us in 10 years."

"Rooms are very comfortable. King size bed is wonderful. Room temperature decent; very quiet despite being on a highway. Pool and hot tub nice as well. Breakfast all right. 30-40 minutes from Zion, so it's a bit far, but there are lots of eating options around. Fantastic value."

"This review is difficult to give. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast was horrible - cold sausage, potatoes under cooked, eggs were horrible. This is the first hotel I ever stayed in where house keeping moves guests' personal belongings. I had a pile of dirty clothes on the floor and my open suite case with clean clothes also on the floor. House keeping moved all my dirty clothes into my suitcase, closed my suitcase and moved it. This mixed all my dirty and clean clothes together and unfolded most of my clean clothes. House keeping also moved my CPAP machine and disconnected my mask from the hose. This place had potential for 5 stars as I don't expect much from hotel breakfast but it was horrible and I couldn't believe what happened with my personal belongings."

"We were placed in the room directly above the lobby, so I could hear the sliding door at all hours of the night, and our window was obstructed with the hotel awning. I am sure there were other rooms available…and our fridge was off so our milk spoiled, the switch is in the back of the fridge, interestingly. But, the beds were clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very poor quality, no one dared touch some of the food. The internet stopped working for me during our stay. And the pool area has permanently open windows, so the winter evenings feel too cool in the pool to enjoy it-"

"Decent Hotel with Room for Improvement Overall Rating: 3 out of 5 stars I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel that left me with mixed feelings. While the experience had its ups and downs, there were certain aspects that stood out positively, as well as a few disappointing elements. Starting with the positives, I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to their prompt assistance throughout my stay, the staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. They were always ready to answer questions and offer recommendations, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. The location of the hotel was also a notable aspect that added value to my stay. Situated in a convenient spot, it provided easy access to various attractions and restaurant options. This made exploring the surrounding area hassle-free and allowed me to make the most of my time. However, there were a few areas where the hotel fell short. The hot tub, for instance, was not as warm as I had hoped. It would have been more enjoyable if the temperature had been higher, as it is a key feature that many guests look forward to using for relaxation and unwinding, especially after a long day hiking. Additionally, the breakfast experience was average at best. While the food options were decent, I was disappointed to find that there was no syrup available for the pancakes. This oversight detracted from the overall breakfast experience. Furthermore, one of the amenities that I expected to have access to was the internet in the lobby. Unfortunately, during my stay, it was not functioning properly. This was inconvenient as I had planned to use this facility for some homework."
