"Good location, clubhouse is great. Has two pools and hot tubs, and a work out room. Kids loved playing. Also has tennis and basketball court."

"Great quiet place to stay. No one bothered you and it there is anything wrong they fix it right away. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot. The jetted bath tub was better than the jacuzzi and more convenient."

"What a disaster! Upon checking in, we realized there was an issue with the TVs: the TV in the queen bedroom had no remote, and the TV in the living room bad a broken remote (we were able to turn the TV on and off and change inputs, but we were unable to navigate different channels/apps/streaming services or select anything to watch). We reported this issue right away by messaging the host through Airbnb, but we did not get a response. Later that night, we found that the place was not as clean as expected. Notably, the blankets and pillows in the bunk bed room had dirt on them. There appeared to be a white semen stain on the couch in the living room. We also noticed a gas smell coming from the water heater in the master bedroom, and there was no hot/warm water available for showers, laundry, and dishes. Due to the safety concerns of a gas leak, the lack of necessary hot water, and the general uncleanliness of the place, we called the host to make a report and request someone come check our unit. The host sent someone to our unit that night, and she agreed that there was a gas smell. She stated she did not know how to fix the water heater but that she could turn it off and send a professional to fix it in the morning. As for taking a warm shower, she suggested using the resort’s shared clubhouse, which ended up being closed at that point anyway, so we were either unable to shower or had to take cold showers. The following morning, a team was sent to our unit to address our concerns while we left for a hike. When we came back, we had warm water for almost one shower, but the water turned cold afterwards and remained cold for the night. As of this morning, we still do not have hot/warm water, so the issue is still unresolved. In addition, three of us woke up around 6:00 am this morning to a strong smell of sewage in our unit; no one had used the bathrooms all night and the smell is strongest in the queen and bunk bedrooms/living room. This is an inconvenience and a health issue. The smell has continued on and off since, which is especially concerning given that I plan on working remotely from the unit for the rest of the week. I should also mention the listing mentioned a dedicated workspace which was not available. When brought up to the host, their solution was to either set up on the kitchen table or use a shared space in the clubhouse, neither of which could be considered a “dedicated workspace”. I also want to add that I have fallen twice on the property, once in the slippery stairwell leading up to the condos, again on a step on the dark pathway while taking my dog out to go potty. The only indication of the step is a tiny strip of worn off paint that is barely visible."

"Our stay at Coral Springs Resort was truly exceptional. The spacious condo provided us with ample room to relax and unwind, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout our stay. The attention to detail and the comfort of the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The pristine pool was a refreshing haven, meticulously maintained and inviting. We spent hours enjoying the crystal-clear water, basking in the sun, and indulging in moments of pure relaxation. The pool area provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning mountain views from our unit. Waking up to breathtaking vistas each morning and witnessing vibrant sunsets in the evening truly added to the charm of our experience. The natural beauty that surrounded us created a serene and tranquil atmosphere, allowing us to disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse ourselves in the peacefulness of the resort. The convenient location of Coral Springs Resort was another advantage. With easy access to nearby cities, we were able to explore and experience the best of the area effortlessly. Whether it was indulging in local cuisine, shopping, or enjoying entertainment options, we found ourselves within a short distance of exciting activities. Last but not least, the beautiful July weather enhanced our entire vacation. The warm temperatures and clear skies provided the perfect backdrop for outdoor adventures, from hiking to sightseeing. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Coral Springs Resort for an unforgettable retreat. With its spacious condos, pristine pool, breathtaking mountain views, and convenient location, it offers everything needed for a remarkable vacation. Coral Springs Resort exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another memorable stay."

"We rented a VRBO here and it was fantastic! It has a nice restaurant, gas station and liquor store within walking distance. There were two pools (indoor and outdoor) that were both well kept. Tennis court and basketball courts were fun for the kids as well. Loved having the ability to cook (full kitchen), so we didn't have to go out for dinner every night. If you're utilizing this location to be away from downtown but still have easy access (5-10min drive) to St George you'll love it. But it isn't downtown. Highly recommend it."
