"Very mean and condescending. My child hasn't pooped in 5 days!!! And they just said right off the bat that it's behavior issues . Without checking deeper into maybe constipation?? Very rude!!!! Looking for a better pediatrician!!!!!"

The interaction between the staff and Dr Snow is nothing short of natural and pleasant. I wouldn’t think of taking my kids anywhere else!"

"Dr Snow is amazing and her staff. We took our daughter in for stomach pain they sent us to the ER due to it maybe being her appendix Dr Snow called us everyday to follow up on our daughter to see how she was doing. Thank you Dr Snow and her staff for caring and loving their patients."

"if you want a doctor that truly cares about your kids and takes the time to know exactly what’s going on and treat every patient that she has with the upmost care then you need to come here and see Dr. Snow she is by far the best pediatrician that we have ever been in contact with. Our daughter was really sick and had to be taken to the emergency room. Dr. Snow repeatedly called the emergency room to make sure they were doing everything they needed to do to take care of our daughter. She truly cares about her patients and for that we will be forever grateful!!!"

"I took my son to HPK (Tempe location) today (February 21) according to the appointment at 13:00pm. I don't want to wait long because I have go back to work, so I checked in at 12:53pm. The doctor came after me and there was no other patient there before us. After weight, height, blood pressure and temperature checking, the nurse (or assistant) told us to go to room #1. we sat in there over 13:15pm but did not see the doctor came. I heard the doctor was examined in the next room. I walked out and asked a girl with a computer in the hallway that how long I had to wait because I had to back to work. She told the doctor was l in room #2, after that, my son will be next. I went back to the waiting room. When the doctor finished the examination in room #2, he went to another room, not to my son's room. 5 minutes later I came out and asked her again how long do I have to wait? She said let her go and tell the doctor. 5 minutes later, she didn't come back, I went out again and went to look for her and saw her was standing at the door, not going to see the doctor (because the doctor went to the right side and she went to the left and stood there). When she saw me, she said she was waiting for the doctor. Just then another nurse/assistant (who weighted and measured my son at first) came and asked me to come back to the waiting room, I asked how long I had to wait because I had go to work. She said I was walk-ins, I don't have an appointment. I said I do have an appointment at 1pm. After a while, the doctor examined my child and asked to do one more test and wait about 4-5 minutes to get the result. I said 4-5 minutes I will wait and today I actually waited almost 1 hour while I had an appointment and I was the earliest, I was 30 minutes late to get back to work. The doctor said no one let him know about that. I was really disappointed with the way the staff worked that afternoon. They worked as if they were given, but did not care about their work, did not have any professional. If you guys really don't like what you're doing, please change another job. Both of my childrens have been with HPK for almost 7 years but this time I have to think about changing."
