"I developed a very painful stiff neck. Stiffness felt for over a week & then extreme pain hit like a bolt of lightening. Needed quick help & Southwest was less than a mile away with good reviews. Very impressed with the employees and apparent concern. XRays taken & my spine and neck issues were explained fully by Ron, however, an MRI was needed for a more complete diagnosis. Offered meds (script) to help with pain until MRI is back. Neck pain subsiding and I plan to see Southwest for remedial therapy as my cervical spine is sketchy at best. Advice: Take care of spine & don't wait till you are in significant pain. Steve (Tempe)."
