"Horrible experience, After changing Jobs and getting a new insurance, I was stuck finding a good provider, went without meds for a few months, and found Behavioral health solutions, since day one they messed up my appointment, had me waiting over 1 hour to get seen, they set me up with someone different from what I had requested, and after disclosing my med history, she puts me on the exact same thing I said it made things worse. such a horrible experience, my mental health declined. I felt like they don't listen and don't provide adequate help, but they are quick to bill. I would stay away from this place."

"The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any mental health facility, office or provider, staff is rude, uneducated on the information they try to placate you with and they do not follow up on concerns but will lie to you saying they documented the info and sent messages to providers and then promise to call back. They never call back about those concerns, never. So you have to call again frustrated and the next person you talk to states there’s no notes or documentation anywhere so each person is lying and telling you what you want to hear to get you off the phone basically and not documenting the concerns or 40 minutes of conversation you spent with them opening up and discussing the issues with. Prescriptions get sent without any request or discussion, not talked about at appointment or anything just sends them randomly which then causes insurance issues and takes 4 phone calls to clear up and still isn’t handled correctly. Came here after therapy, directed by therapist to get an official diagnosis as I stated to them multiple times, yet the only diagnosis discussed are the preexisting ones that I came with not the new one that needed attention and to be diagnosed officially. Just getting scheduled for follow ups for what? To assess how you’re feeling on a scale from 1-10 then shuffled off the call? Can’t get any actual follow through or answers ever. Seriously what is the plan of care here? I have been in healthcare for 23 years and as a nurse I am just appalled at the lack of attentiveness and care. This is how patients fall through the cracks resulting in devastating outcomes. Unless you just want someone to refill your existing meds and nothing else don’t even bother coming here they don’t care and they lie over and over again. They’re just charging your insurance getting paid and leaving you with the same problems you came with wasting months and months of time for no results."
