"I stumbled across this office through a Google search during the pandemic. I was diagnosed late in life with ADHD and I struggled with trying to understand how to cope but with constant therapy and proper prescription dosage I've been able to successfully change for the better. Josh and Patrick alongside the phenomenal staffers Sabrina and Brittany provide a family like atmosphere with customer service behind my expectations. I cried for 2 days after a session because it touched my heart the team showed me kindness with a level of compassion. Nonetheless, if you call no answer please send a text message or email because they will respond. Trust me they're going to get to clients and they will exceed expectations."

"I used to frequent this practice when Dr. Lambert was there and I loved it. The office staff was always helpful and prompt with responses. Given my many good experiences in the past it made sense to use them again. I was however sorely disappointed by my overall experience. I understand that covid has changed how things are operating but the office staff was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Calls are never answered, and voice-mail are responded to via email. It took me over a week just to get scheduled and I wasn't even a new client. To add to my frustrations I tried to have them verify my insurance and never heard back. Come the day of my appointment they attempted to charge my card without giving me any information on what I was being charged or whether or not they accepted my insurance. They then requested I text or email my card information to them, while still having no answer on my insurance ( we won't even get into the assanine idea that I would actually send my personal card information over a text message). When I pointed out the issue of my insurance they requested I send my insurance cards to them, which I had already done the previous week with no acknowledgment. They are of course very prompt with their email replies now that it concerns getting their money. The lack of professionalism was incredibly frustrating and I'm left with more anxiety than I had going into this appointment. Needless to say I will not be using this office again."

"Wonderful clinic. I would be so worse off without this place. Their medical practitioners have all been so genuinely caring. I'm so grateful to have someone who listens and can help me treat symptoms of severe brain fog related to chronic neurological and immune system disorders as well as ADHD. Highly recommend this place because they listen to their patients and they do not over prescribe either. They give patients what they need to live life to the fullest in spite of horrible symptoms."

"Dr. Josh is one of the most amazing people I have ever experienced talking with about mental health. He is immensely understanding, genuine, and never gives you anything you aren't ready for. His knowledge on what to give out, how to give it, and what he's giving it for is vast and relevant, and is as comforting as you can get with a healthcare professional. Not only that, but conversations with him are wonderful, and he always knows how to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I've talked to him about school, food, travel, relationships, friends who I referred to him and how we're doing, and things only casual friendships would warrant. The thing I want to emphasize is that I always feel safe around him, and I never hesitate to tell him what problems I have, no matter how personal. He's, quite simply, the least judgmental doctor I have ever had. All in all, I would recommend no other psychiatrist than Dr. Josh, and no matter where I go in the world, he will always be my guy."

He took a lot of time to get to know me and understand my needs. Having been in treatment for nearly my entire life, I appreciate feeling like I am really being listened to for once. The treatment options and philosophy here are cutting edge--from DNA testing to the latest available treatments for all manner of psychiatric condition. This place is a godsend for me."
