"I was a patient of Dr. Kramer's for a year or two before she passed, and during that time there was a ton of miscommunication between the office staff, MAs, and Kramer. During this time, I still went to this office due to me loving Kramer and trusting her. After her passing, I was re-assigned to Dr. Shabana. And, while she is nice and seems knowledgeable, the front desk staff and Shabana's medical assistant are HORRIBLE. The front desk on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, did not pre-authorize my insurance before showing up for my appointment, so they made me sit there while they tried to get hold of my insurance, only to make me go home and re-scheduled me for a later time. I have had many many many issues getting true health support from Shabana's medical assistant and front desk employee. They are rude, don't care, and also a little..... not educated. The MA gave me wrong health information / advice on a medication and thank God my pharmacist corrected it and gave me actual good health and educated advice. I no longer go here after MANY attempts at giving them the beenfit of the doubt."

"Please avoid this place at all costs. I had an ultrasound a Month ago and still haven't heard back for results. When you call, they never have anyone available in office to go over the results. My 1st appointment was a pap, and had 2 interns shadowing the physician, showing up abruptly. Overall, unprofessional physicians and front desk. I recently moved to Tempe so I didn't know better."

"My Primary Physician (Dr Usma Ahmad) moved to this office and I of course followed because I love her dearly. Well during one of our appointments I had spoken with her about my distaste for a recent experience at another office with an OB. She, being the utter saint she is, was like "Why not come here" to which I explained what I was looking for and why it was important. Well she recommended Dr Shabana, and let me tell you, that recommendation was the best thing I've listened to in a while. Dr Shabana really makes me feel like she cares and listens to what I have to say and only having seen her a few times she earns my trust more and more and I am ecstatic. So thank you to this office for bringing such professionalism paired with undeniable personability that makes me feel safe and cared for in this crazy world."
