"I’m not sure why the bad reviews of this place. I love the nursing staff. I actually see Dr. Stevenson and my partner actually started seeing Dr. Reyes for an issue with his back and she is like a god send. The nurses are completely customer service oriented and they care. I have never not had them pickup except during lunch times which they advise on the phone line what time the office goes. I live that they call or send a text message reminding me of upcoming appointments. The love of my life is a bit of a slacker and I love that Dr Reyes is a help me help you… if he misses physical therapy or complains she gets him motivated to understand the long term goal. I don’t know who Dr. Garner is or was but for the last 3 years this office has been great to us."

"Typically, I don't like to rock the boat but must give my two cents on this practice after Dr. Gardner left. Dr. Gardner was exceptional. Alas, it ended w/ him when he left. I never even met the main doctor there. She didn't even say 'hi, I'm Doctor..." All my experiences were w/ the NP! She was fine, I guess, but still. And then she left too! Thankfully, I have since found a great doctor in Chandler! Very happy w/ him now."

"THIS IS NOT DR. GARDNER. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL FOR HIM. This is the new doctor that took over this year, Martha Reyes. Completely different experience. She immediately came in and raised prices by 50%, and switched to appointment only. She has terrible bedside manor, she is not pleasant and doesn’t even pretend to be for your first visit. Everyone that loved Dr. Gardner has left this office, everyone hates the new doctor. She gave me trouble about my medication and she said it’s “not her problem” that they didn’t keep the medical records from the previous office. In addition to the price increase and terrible demeanor, she now required I visit her every single month (money grab) to get my refills. I called four times over the last two weeks to have someone get back to me and was completely ignored every single time, never once got a call back. Martha Reyes is in this to make money - not help people. There are tons of better options down the street, find a doctor who actually cares about you and isn’t She doesn’t like taking people without insurance because she can’t as easily take advantage of the billing codes - she is exactly what’s wrong with our greedy healthcare system. Dr. Reyes- may life treat you like you treat your patients."

"I have been going to see Dr. Gardner for over 40 years. What can I say about this man is that he saved my life. He prevented me from developing colon cancer. I have changed my diet and live a much healthier life because of Dr. Gardner. He is fantastic and is the best doctor out there."
