"I went in already nervous about being at the doctor and getting an exam. Once I was in the room Dr Shavana took an hour to come into my room while the entire time I have the paper drape over me wondering when she’ll come And then she acted like I was out of line when I commented on how long it took her. Then she never sent my prescription it took 2 weeks for her to send it after a phone call. Lastly I wanted my results and the portal wasn’t working so I called and the lady at the front said there is nothing they could do not even my doctor can tell me my results i would have to come in for another appointment. I mean I have never had a doctor tell me no when I ask to know my results. They just want money she did not care about me whatsoever she maybe sat w me for 5 minutes rushing me thru my questions. I left with tears in my eyes because I felt uncared for"

"The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude & unhelpful. She would often swear/ insult me & other guests under her breath. They also never updated my address so I never received any bills from them and I only found out once debt collectors called. I also went in once because I was in a lot of pain (it was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment). They dismissed me basically saying they didn’t know without a real examination. I ended up in the ER 2 days later. This was also something they could have diagnosed (heck it was exactly what I told them) & gave me medication for but they just don’t seem to care. They are very disorganized & unfriendly. I will no longer be going here & I highly recommend no woman ever stepping foot into this place."

"Dr.kothari is awesome. Very prompt and took best care of me. We had our doubts when we first met her as she was pretty straightforward and did not come up with any sweet talk @ our first few appointments like we were used to with our previous doctor.But she is the best when it comes to her job and over time she became very friendly and my husband and I are pretty impressed with her. From my pregnancy news to post delivery she was very supportive and helped us take the right decision even during the most crucial and difficult period of my labor & delivery. If I am in state for my next baby, she will be the doctor I would choose for sure."

"I first would like to say I give the this staff and facility 5 stars, however I wish I could leave a review on 1 provider a negative 1. Nurse midwife Marla Vogt-Roberts is the most closed off un-inviting provider I have ever met. I am 5 months pregnant and have felt down every time I’ve left my appointments with her, she hardly smiles, she comes in with her arms folded across her chest, is very matter of fact and I always leave feeling like a burden. I kept thinking maybe I was being sensitive or that it would get better but today was my breaking point. I left in tears and scheduled with Dr Stephanie Kramer who I love dearly and who delivered both my 11 year old son and 8 year old son. I should have stayed with her this time around as well, I made a poor judgement call because she is a very busy provider and at times it’s hard to get in to see her. Definitely realized she is well worth the wait and that is why she is soooo busy because she’s the best! So happy to be back with her for the duration of my pregnancy and to have her help us welcome our daughter this summer."
