"BAD BUSINESS...my colleague and I provided bartending services for nova pain and wellness and were never paid. We bartended an event that fell over Halloween weekend (an extremely busy weekend in the bar scene) and never received our pay. Similar to another review we followed up with Jessie many times and were given the run around until she fully stopped answering texts/calls. She has sense blocked myself on social media platforms and has fallen off the earth. We had worked events for them in the past and were compensated 300 dollars each. It isn't a large enough amount to give someone the run around for, I've even offered to pick up the compensation with no reply. Shame on this business."

"We provided chair massage services for Nova. We expedited services for a last-minute event to ensure they would have a massage therapist there. We've worked with them before and payment was late and finally made after a couple follow up emails. This time around, absolutely no effort has been made to pay this invoice. Email, texts, phone calls...and nothing. Jessie, the owner, and Cailtlin, one of her staff, keep "passing the buck" off on one another. It's a mere $320. If this is the way they treat their vendors, I can imagine they treat patients about the same. UPDATE 1/26/22: The owner paid later yesterday evening after seeing the review. We have been paid in full. She sent me an email and asked that I remove the review or she would expedite it to her lawyers. I told her that I would update it to reflect the facts."
