"We waited in line for more than an hour and a half for the x-ray. It was our turn and they went to lunch. What kind of carelessness is this? This is urgent care! And when you ask questions they get rude. They are both rude and lazy"

"Considering this is the time of year everyone is sick, the wait time was not too bad. It does help to make an advanced appointment, though. Once seen, the care is compassionate and thorough."

"The good news is that the wait time was quick and the facility was clean. However, that is quite possibly due to the fact that the Nurse practitioner here is a joke."

"The native woman at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. The nursing staff was wonderful however the woman at the front desk should not be working in health care. It’s clear she doesn’t care about any of the patients. She’s rude checking people in, didn’t mention a wait time and was laughing about a man asking about his bill. I had to call 7 times just for her to answer the phone a few days after my visit and she was extremely rude then as well. You can’t teach someone to care, she should NOT be there."

"Went to Banner urgent care today to remove sutures that were put in last week after a hiking incident. Last week Melodie and Lisa took care of me putting the sutures in. They took great care of me. My wound is cleaned out. They took x-rays to make sure that the there were no foreign bodies In the wound Before suturing it up. Had no infection through the week so I think they did a great job. Today about nine days later Jill and Devina Followed up With excellent care removing the sutures. It was nice to be able to schedule the removal today online. And I did it early before a line of Patients could pile up. It was only about 3 1/2 miles from the South Mountain hiking trails. It was nice to hike out the last 2 1/2 miles and just drive to urgent care. They were open on a Sunday which was awesome. Highly recommend. The only thing that I wish was easier was that scheduling an appointment online was easy But on the Banner urgent care website, you can’t cancel an appointment if you’re trying to reschedule. I had to call the front desk and ask them to cancel that appointment before I could book the one that I Preferred."
