"I went there for upper back and neck pain. They took x-rays, did range of motion tests, and created a custom exercise and stretch plan to help make my posture absolutely top shape. The program lasted about 10 weeks, was a lot of work, and was a great experience. Most of my treatments were with Ron & Daisy, and Dean was also very helpful. The people both in the front and back of the office were all a pleasure to work with, and I never once had to wait. The people are very professional and caring, I recommend them."
"I had been going to Unity/pain stop/ white rock…whatever it’s called now for years. My main provider was Robert and he was great. Since he left the service has been brutal. The wait times have increased from 5-10 minutes to my last visit 2 months ago to nearly 45 minutes. I think I was completely forgotten about. The personal attention from the medical assistant was non existent, the relationships built over the years were gone and the general service was not welcoming or something I wish to continue. They literally went from hero to zero in a matter of months. I would not recommend at all. You are valuable and so is your time, so find another clinic."
