This was a response when they took several days to respond for a prescription refill and other concerns regarding treatment. Too many patients and therefore unable to provide quality and prompt care. "I'm honestly not sure why you would choose this clinic, especially with a chronic illness. It's very small and seems like they're often overwhelmed and not the most accommodating, though they are accepting. The nurse was great, providers were just average and I didn't feel heard And I mean even the office is tiny (the smallest I've been to), it feels cramped and like people would have to shove past you especially if you use a mobility aid"
"I'm really picky about doctors and will just not go over seeing a doctor that I don't like. Luckily I found Julie, she's really great and listens to what I have to say. A pig plus for me is I can get my labs done in office too. Always easy to get an appointment including same day so you don't have to ens up waiting forever in urgent care. You're never waiting forever here and it's a very friendly atmosphere I feel out of place in most offices and I don't here."
