"BRUH. I am so freaking frustrated. They have wasted SO MUCH OF MY TIME. I have had it. I was supposed to have an appointment on Friday. I get a text saying it’s Telemedicine. I call TWO HOURS PRIOR to make sure it was indeed online. They say it is and I’ll get a link. I call 10 minutes prior & ask for the link- they say I’ll get it soon. At the time of my appointment, I get a call saying the appointment was in person. BRUH. So I reschedule for today. The text says the location is at “ADHD Clinic of Arizona TEMPE” so that’s what I look up. WRONG FREAKING LOCATION. You’ve GOT to be kidding me. The automated texts are so freaking wrong and I’ve wasted so much time, I have work that I am trying to balance. PLEASE FIX YOUR TEXTS AND STOP MISINFORMING YOUR PATIENTS!!!"

"As an adult, we tend to assume who we are is who we are meant to be. Well I did. I assumed the way I was, was how I was meant to be. Even though certain behaviors of mine would cause arguments with family and friends. I saw Michael in Tempe. He, nor the staff, ever made me feel less than the best version of myself. I now have answers and a diagnosis to know how and why my brain works differently. I only came to the clinic for validation that I wasn’t useless as I’ve been previously told. I now know why. I can and I’m going to try medication, see how I feel but knowing, has helped answer so many questions and given me direction if I want to try and navigate this without meds.
