"The doctor and nurse were wonderful, but the ladies up front deserve praises and raises. Truly they both made my night. Having a sick kiddo is stressful and the conversation and smiles they gave me gave me a minute to forget all of the stressors."

"My daughter plays sports and has been to this clinic twice same knee injury, both times she was given the wrong knee brace. The second time I specifically asked the knee brace employee who was fitting her if it was the correct brace. Of ourselves they claim this man has many years experience with fitting braces yet when we finally had the doctor’s appointment a couple weeks later, the doc told us the knee brace was the wrong brace. ..AGAIN! he also said this clinic has been having a problem with wrong fittings. And now i have a bill from them for the knee brace. I will be taking this issue to higher medical authorities."

"I would not return here again, I went in Friday night and the lady who checked me in was so rude, she made checking in so long because she couldn’t spell the last name and got mad she had to redo paperwork and when we walked in she was mad we were even there. When we go to the back the person taking the vitals didn’t even know why we were there I’m not sure if he didn’t take the time to like at the paper or what. A nurse came in after and asks if we have given medicine and we tell her. My husband is scared to give the baby medicine and he thought was he was giving her was enough and when we tell her how much he gave her she laughs and says how that’s nothing for the baby. Only good thing that happened was the medicine they gave our baby for vomiting worked but the customer service is the worst I will never comeback here nor recommend anyone to come."

"Horrible, uneducated staffing… unacceptable wait times, zero concern. Tried to room is in TWO dirty rooms.. finally roomed and left the lights off as they tried to get vitals, etc. Very unprofessional. Staff literally confused on what arm my daughter broke. Fortunately the doctor was good- everyone else uninformed. I work in medicine and have been fortunate to be around true professionals, who know medicine and care about patient experience - I would NEVER recommend or go back here again. Hopefully patients are pro-active and informed. What a shame!"

"Great urgent care experience. My daughter got injured while we are in town from out of state and my cousin recommended this urgent care. All the staff from security guard, receptionist, nurses and xray tech were kind, quick and helpful! The doctor was SO amazing to my scared and shy kiddo, thank you! So grateful this urgent care was open on New Year’s Day. Got in and out in less than an hour!"
