"Beyond unprofessional. I am a registered nurse coming off of a 12 hour night shift.add the first appointment available and I'm sitting there waiting as I watch the young lady call me. I walk up and say hello and she tells me they are canceling my appointment. Glad I wasted my time. From one healthcare professional to another, I'm embarrassed for you and any one who works for this company. I didn’t realize working a the “Little Clinic” meant you gave up on medical and professional standards. Do not go here"

"Little Clinic with grand services. Barbara Rutkowski diagnosed my pains problems thoroughly and treated me with right medication. I was also impressed with her accommodating and cares that were similar to my family doctor who just retired. The Fry’s Pharmacy is conveniently next room thus I can pick-up the urgently needed medication just minutes later. Hooray!!!"

"I made my appointment online the night before and was able to get the first appointment of the following day at 8:40am. I was very sick and was able to get in and out without any waiting. I was treated by Tammy and she is absolutely wonderful!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind (which is, unfortunately, quite rare these days). Tammy thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why and explained the results and treatment plan. Thanks to Tammy, this was the most positive experience I have had at any type of drugstore clinic or urgent care facility!"

"Awful experience. Check in was fine. Retired “rn” asked health questions in waiting area, a HIPAA violation. And she was sooo slow to check me in with insurance. NP was so hard to understand with her heavy Asian Accent and a mask. She did minimal questions and minimal assessment, said my lungs were clear, but I know I had an audible wheeze! Coughed the entire visit. She was More concerned about the computer questionionaire. I am a retired RN, knew I had wheezing and showed her my asthma meds, she said to stop taking one. Prescribed Promethazine, which is only a antihistamine, didn’t help my productive cough. I asked for Zpack. She said no. It is now Christmas Eve and I am coughing so bad, almost throwing up. An awful waste of time and money! Get rid of this so called clinic!!"

"I am only giving 3 stars because I have had good experiences here in the past. Today I made an appointment for a strep throat test. I arrived at my appointment time and the technician processed my information. The nurse practitioner was with only one patient, so I thought I should be in and out. As I am waiting 3 people come to get vaccinations. They put me into a room and have me wait for over an hour. I am nearly about to walk out when the nurse practitioner comes in, apologizes, and tells me that vaccinations have priority over other patients. I do agree that the vaccine is important, I am vaccinated myself, but my time is also important, which is why I scheduled an appointment in advance. Please do better and consider other peoples time."
