Our salesperson Juan was a joy to work with; very friendly, personable, and helpful. If you go in there, be sure to ask for him. We found just what we'd been looking for and their prices were very reasonable. Also met the manager, Manny, who came by just to make sure we were being well taken care of. Before we knew it, we had found exactly what we were looking for other than a refrigerator. The fact that Brian went above and beyond even asking his manager if he would provide a little extra discount already on top of the discounted pricing because of the volume of furniture we were buying. "Carlos is a very attentive sales associate and I really appreciate how much he was able to do for us to get new furniture! He was able to persuade his boss into additional discounts and we were truly grateful for it. Gina also worked very quickly to get our application going so we wouldn't wait so long for answer. The store had plenty of options available and kept up a clean, positive atmosphere throughout our entire experience. He also wasn't pushy at getting a sale. He let us browse the store on our own and only approached when we had questions about pricing of certain pieces. Carlos also adhered to Covid procedure which made us feel comfortable and safe while shopping."
