"I order a nectar mattress on arrival it never fully expanded. When notifying Mattress Firm, Jennifer , the manager, immediately ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, after 3 tries not one fully expanded. Jennifer was wonderful in helping us select another mattress. Although we had problems with the Nector mattress Jennifer was always extremely polite and helpful, making this frustrating experience as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend mattress firm at the Northern Ave location in Phoenix. All the associates we dealt with were very polite and helpful. Jennifer, as the manager, did an exceptional job working with us."
