"Employees only help if you look like you have money. I decided to check this place out. I just bought a new home and needed a lot of furniture. Decided to go today. I was there for an hour and decided to check out the couches , 7 Employees passed by me or stood near me and not 1 of them asked me if i needed help or if I've been helped. I finally decided half an hour later after looking in the whole area to find someone about the set i wanted to purchase. I figured let me go look at the bedroom set. Again, employees are around but are asking others if they need anything. I thought I'd check out other stores. Then i found this nice bench with Ottomans. I went searching for an employee a woman helped me and we went to computer bought it she said she would grab a cart for me because the display is all they had then another employee called her away she then said ask that gentleman there and he'll be able to help you out and assist you with taking it to your car since it was little heavy. I approached the guy, which was peter or paul, a heavy set mexican guy she suggested. He said Hi . I showed him where the bench was he asked, " Do you need help purchasing it?" I said no, i just purchased it, but this lady had to leave and said you might be able to help me with this. His exact words " NO I CAN'T HELP YOU SINCE IM NOT YOUR SALES REP" gave me my receipt and walked away with another employee. I was in shock. Another customer nearby asked me if he really just said that to me. i said yes, he did. He was shocked too and offered to help me carry it out of the store. I really regret buying the living room set from this company, especially if they are going to be hiring people like that. I suggest going to another furniture store that will have better customer service. Im glad i waited on buying the bedroom set and kitchen table."
