"I took a basket and a small bag in with nothing but Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, American eagle, BEBE, etc… all name brands and they took nothing!! The guy said you had all great stuff and brands but we won’t be taking anything from you today?! I am just confused?! If you aren’t making enough to buy stuff just say that?!"

"What's the point. I took in 4 large bags of clothing that I can't wear anymore because I lost weight - great condition. I got $4.90. Yeah thats it. She said they only take brand name clothing because they have to sell it and also pay me. I'm sorry but I can see from the window that not everything in there is brand name. Either they didn't look at what I brought, or they are picky AF."

"I used to work at a Plato’s in Denver and it wasn’t near as picky as here. The sales would be better if people actually bought more nice name brand clothing or popular styles for ages into 30s even. I come in here a lot and it’s always hit or miss lately. Every time I’d go in before (a few years back) it was rare they didn’t take anything. But now it’s almost every time. Like I’m 26 years old and I take care of my stuff, I’m starving brayleighhhhh. And there’s stains on some of their clothes and mine are fine lol. Sometimes I’ve happened to see them going through my stuff and they barely even look at it. Like uhhh didn’t you see that was a nice brand? I get when they have high inventory but they have told me new clothes are too worn (like that’s the style, that’s how it bought it) or it’s too mature. I’m 26. I’ll still go in but I recommend uptown cheapskate or clothes mentor."

"I have never sold here before and WOW! First off, I read so many reviews saying that the workers were rude. They were not at all. They are probably out of college or in college workers and they were very sweet. They gave the me run down of how the process worked. It took about and hour and in that time I got my nails done! I came back and they were offering me about $60 for 9 things! In my books, that’s good, especially for never wearing those clothes in a long time. I had brands like lululemon, brandy Melville, urban outfitters, pacsun, etc. I think it was worth it because I never wear them. I don’t understand people, you want to get rid of the clothes, so why not get a little bit of money even if you paid a bunch for the product! I loved it and will be selling many more clothes here in the future!!"
