The showroom at AFW was enormous and I was impressed with the range of options across all different sizes, configurations, and budgets. The staff in the showroom were consistently around and friendly, but not annoying or pushy. Once we found the couch we wanted, Ben was a delight helping us check out and coordinate delivery. The follow-up was excellent, as I got a text message the day before delivery and a phone call from the driver before they came over. The delivery crew had equipment to protect doorways and sensitive surfaces, and they handled everything with respect and care. "Great items at affordable prices. Floor staff are very helpful, no pressure when you your the store. Delivery staff arrived ahead of time, prompt, very courteous and respectful if property. The driver noticed a defect with one of the chairs before he took it off the truck. Customer Services were immediately contacted by the driver and they called me in less that 30 minutes to arrange delivery of the replacement. Excellent service all around."
