"They have the worst customer service ,spent over an hour in this store looking at many items and not one of them were in stock. Ended up ordering the one the would be the soonest for only after a month of waiting for it to come in broken. The whole ordeal with company was a disaster. Lady in the store had an attitude and customer service on the phone was no better. When I go to look for their corporate office # they hide it so you are unable to call. They only give the customer service. # ,which is is the problem. I'm taking they know how bad their company is therefore don't disclose the corporate phone #. Also like to add when I was searching for the corporate # I came across their BBB rating , and low and behold they have 1 star with over thousands of complaints. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Oh the customer service supervisor are no help at all"

"I'm a dedicated customer at living spaces and my home is full of their furnishings. I recently purchased a new dining set, which I love. I had an issue with the table top and some of the chairs. Living Spaces came out five times to replace the top, and chairs, but when Kristy at the Glendale store got involved, the fifth delivery brought a perfect top! They all go way beyond to keep happy customers and I will continue to shop there."

"I love Living Spaces. It is a no-pressure furniture store. I found what I wanted (new sofa & side table) online, but wanted to check out the sofa to see if it was comfortable. It was. Plus it has the wire mesh tying the springs together - a much better option than springs alone. It arrived on the promised day. "We just moved to Surprise, Arizona and needed to fill the home with furniture. We found exactly what we were looking for at Living Spaces. The sales representative Chris was very helpful and did an awesome job in the purchase of our sofa, loveseat and recliner. We also purchased a coffee table set. Delivery arrangements were quick and by that weekend the installers unloaded and setup our furniture in our great room. "I enjoy shopping here and have had both good and bad luck with furniture. The warranty is worth getting especially if your purchase includes any type of sitting because it will deteriorate if you have a big family or a lot of visitors. Options change by season so something you ordered may not be available a few months later. Overall I have had good experiences and will continue to shop here over other competitors. The nesting tables, rug, lamps, sofas, and single chairs are what I recently added to my home."
