"The trails are nicely labeled as you hike on your journey. There are different levels of trails from beginner to advanced. There is even a paved (cement) trail, nice. Bring lots of water & take a lot of pictures. It's beautifully breathtaking. Ahhhhhh Relaxing. Remember to take your time and you'll be fine. The bathrooms are very clean. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit back and have a snack."

"Very very large area, great for playing fetch with dogs or flying kites, or playing with R/C devices. Any activity where you need a lot of wide open space, this is the perfect place. The large canal that runs through Phoenix is along the border of one side of the area, and I guess you can fish it if you wanted to? I did see a few people casting in. I was there just looking for a place to ride my electric scooter. It's okay 4 out of 5 stars. I would prefer to ride pavement and it was a dirt path, some of it a bit sketchy on the scooter. I found the scooter being pulled around a little bit on the unever terrain. A below average rider on a scooter or bicycle might find trouble here. Also I was on one side of the canal and the park was on the other side . I wanted to be in the park side but had to travel way way down to a main road crossing to get to the other side. I would have liked to find a bridge or something to get over a bit sooner. Otherwise it's a nice quiet area with wide open space for activities."

"Beautiful place. Clean. Lots of trails. Can ride bikes, play disk golf, basketball, small playground and grass. Walked along the canal. Saw ducks and horses on farms. Beautiful sunrise. I will be back."

"Beautiful park during the winter into spring. Once there is moisture though beware of the reeds and the mosquitoes here. Disc golf fans especially since you will have to walk through the all the foliage."
