Mountainside Fitness Surprise

"Absolutely love the kids club here! It is the only gym in the west valley my toddlers have loved and are excited to go to. There is so much space here and a variety of activities. Plus they are always properly staffed, no reservations required, and their hours are less restrictive than any other gym. My favorite is their parent's night out option where you can drop your kids off for the evening. I honestly drive 20 min to go to this gym and it is well worth it."

"I recently switched from EOS gym nearby in Surprise due to the sheer amount of people that occupy the equipment at all times. The mountainside is a breath of fresh air in comparison, the extra cost is well worth it. The facility is never very busy. In the 3 weeks that I have been coming here, I have only had to wait for a machine a handful of times. The locker room/restroom is always clean, always towels, stalls, lockers, and showers available. They also have lotion, q-tips, and mouth wash available. One of my favorite things is that I can drop in my 3 children to the kids club while I work out which is huge for me and my schedule, the staff is friendly, and my children love to go and play there. 5 stars for this gym."

"Very nice gym, pretty much has everything you want and need for a gym. The people who work here are amazing and always do you right. Personally this is the best gym in surprise and never not to busy."

"Starting from the first step inside there is staff waiting and willing to help! I’ve been coming to Mountainside Fitness for approximately 15 years. I am not a gym rat. I have limited mobility. I can’t raise my hands above my head and am without my right leg. Having a place to come with a variety of people actually helps motivate me. Now I come once or twice a week - see a trainer one of those days which encourages me to keep coming!! Equipment is always clean and in good condition. Try it and make a new friend(s)."

"I have never been to a gym where I feel so welcomed and not judged. The staff is extremely friendly, they have a variety of machines and there's a daycare! They treat the kids with patience and kindness, my kids love going there. The classes they offer are part of the membership which is so cool. I seriously am so happy I joined this place, it's been one of the best decisions in my life. Also the gym goers keep to themselves and you don't feel like you're being judged. Will definitely recommend to everyone! The price is fair too because they offer so much and the fact I can workout for 2 hours, twice a day without worrying about my kids is such a plus!"
