"A very beautiful neighborhood park, perfect for a stroll. If I had a baby or toddler I would take them there often. Playground equipped!"
"Certinely a quaint little park designed to accommodate both children and adults. There's not very much privacy offered here, as it is surrounded by larger houses. However, green grass and shade provided by the several surrounding trees induce a very soothing experience for anyone who ventures here, despite the surrounding neighborhood."
"Could be a nice a nice area but its had its share of bad homeowners/renters was doing business there today for an awesome customer, when this elderly lady in her mid 80s drives up in a red car and starts yelling at me about my truck being parked wrong it was on the right side..I told her I would move it in a minute then this morbidly obese woman starts ranting at me, so I moved it. Located near Traditions Bell Pointe used to be a jewel, but petty overbearing HOA snitches like this ruin a once beautiful subdivision. My customer was embarrassed and said "this is why we want to move" so I sent her a search portal for acreage in N. Surprise and Litchfield."
