"After dealing with Office depot to no avail, I ordered a 4 X 6 chair mat. They delivered it for free. After getting it into my RV, I realized it was too big. My fault, right? I asked if they would take it back and they agreed to do so and even had a truck pick it up. I will go out of my way to do business with them in the future"

Since COVID struck last March, Roadrunner has been going above and beyond to make our transition to remote-work more fluid! "Great pricing and friendly, caring staff! I love just calling and getting what I need! I have spent countless hours running around town trying to find things. Now, I just call Jerry or Kathryn and it is here the next day - and I don't have to leave the office. They don't care how big or small your order is either, they treat you like you are their BEST biggest client - and I am in a small office. And NOT their biggest client, by far! I stopped using them for a while and won't make THAT mistake again! I felt bad that I wasn't ordering more..... they just welcomed me back with open arms - told me they would be HAPPY to come bring me a few things I need. I love doing business with local, NON big box companies. A place where the customer matters?!? **GASP** :)"
