"This review is for the billing department The staff was great and even when my wife hates MRI's the staff helped her and made this a better experience. On the billing side this place is the worst. They charged $1000 upfront even when we showed the estimate from the health insurance being less than $400. Then they submitted claims to the insurance for around 3 grand where it should be way less. Trying to sort this out the insurance mentioned SimonMed submitted the claim as out of network so we needed to request adjustments on both sides, the insurance and SimonMed. This it's not the first time they've done this, we've got 4 different services with them and they did the same for all of them. At the end it's all being sorted out after several calls (where they usually hang you up) and long waits for adjustment. Be aware of their billing practice and don't fall on their tricks"

"The receptionist was very professional. She was able to get my appointment moved to an earlier time that same day. The tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. The facility and equipment was very nice. It was a good experience. I recommend the McClintock Simonmed location."

"The check receptionist Destiny was very rude on Monday November 27th when I let her know that I didn't have the out of pocket cost for the MRI. She was irritated and had an attitude towards every patient that came in other then my self a nurse came in for a patents results and an old lady came in not knowing this location doesn't do x-rays and she was rude towards them also like she was being kept from looking at her phone or something. The receptionist Murrilla was very kind and sweet and had a positive attitude to anyone that came in for an appointment. She should be appraised for great customer service and being kind hearted."

"The technician was great, but the office is a hot mess. They scheduled three MRIs back to back, as requested by my doc, and when two of them were disallowed by insurance, they never contacted me. And instead of keeping the one MRI that was approved at my initial appointment time, they scheduled someone else in that slot. So when I showed up for my appointment -- for which I'd been sent a confirmation text -- I was told that I was an hour early. The staff member told me I should have been called, but it wasn't her fault since that's not her job. Thanks, that's helpful when I've cleared my whole morning."
