"Scheduling an XRAY should not be this difficult. You call the number and you are instructed to schedule x-rays on line. Go out to their website to find locations. Chose Gilbert as they accepted walk-ins. Drove all the way there to find a note on the door that their X-RAY machine is down. They want you to do everything online but don't even update their site to list site closures. Back in the car to Tempe location. Front desk and X-RAY tech were awesome and very professional and courteous. I however will never go to one of their facilities again until they do live Scheduling. Additionally there is a text option that you can use for help but I never received any response. Seems like they want customers to embrace technology that they are unable to use or update. Way too much time running around for an X-RAY, choose another option that you can actually call and schedule"
"I needed to visit two different locations because one location did not have the equipment to do weight-bearing x-rays but the transition was an ease. Although it was slightly inconvenient to go from Gilbert to Tempe, transferring information, and the customer service was excellent. Great job team!"
"The receptionist was snippy and rude. Any questions I had seem to bother her. She seemed poorly trained. Three members of the staff sat there and openly discussed their personal lives. Including their health issues, what they thought of their work place and other staff members, etc. It was very unprofessional. The only great part of the visit was the CT scan. The lady was excellent, professional and nice!"
