"Luis provided good customer service and was friendly. If you can't transport your own mattress, be prepared to pay for shipping and possibly wait a couple weeks. Despite shipment pricing, I think we got a good deal on a Sterns and Foster mattress which still came out lower than other stores. Mattress delivery was on time and done quickly at scheduled time."
"I'm at a loss to how many positive reviews this place has. My expirence was everything but positive. I went in thinking that this was the store that I'd buy the two mattresses I needed (queen and full). After the price was revealed ($400 for queen and another 350 for full) for two mattress only no box spring no frame I decided to hold off. Walking out the store I see a widow poster advertising $279 for a Cali king delivery boxsping and frame. I decided I'd go back in in a couple days and start with that buying price. So on my return visit the employe didn't remember are last coversation because he told me he sold out those a few days ago and they don't get the mattress at that price offen. But I could check on Thursday and see if any came in. None of wich was told to me on my previous visit. I couldnt wait on such uncertainty so I decided to take my money elsewhere and am so happy I did. For a little less then both matress at sleep outfitter, I was to also able to putget a futon."
