"Went here today to pick up an item bought at another location and the salesmen were very disrepectful. They tought I was just there to roam around the store while I was actually waiting for the warehouse dispatch. The attitude was very out of place. It's not my problem if your sales are down. That childish behabiour just cost Sam's a customer. Never coming here again!"

"Do not ever buy from any of the Sam Levitz stores ever this place is a joke if you ever need anything warrantied. Took a day off work to receive our warrantied product back and only for the delivery driver to show up without our table telling us they didn’t fix it yet instead of calling ahead and letting us know. Drove down to the store to discuss what the issue was and an employee named Cruze was as rude as can be smacking and chomping on food as we were trying to talk to him. Zero customer service skills. Then they tried to lie to us saying they were working on it but weren’t finished yet when the delivery driver showed us pictures of it in the same exact condition that it was picked up in only this time thrown in a corner of their warehouse."

"A few years back, i was able to purchase any item that i wanted that they had on the floor and pretty much got it right there and then because they had it in stock, now you go into Sam Levitz outlet and choose something and they tell you that they pretty much have it to tell you later that you might not get it between 30-90 days, my question is why have an item on the floor that they do not have in stock. Why should we have to wait that long? I was a regular customer and this is the last time i will purchased from them and i want to warn any other customers that before they purchase something to make sure they have it in stock or you will have to wait a long time before you receive the item. It’s so disappointing really."

"Highly dissatisfied with Sam Levitz all the way around. Customer service is a joke, literally had an agent huff because I asked her to repeat herself . I have received 1 call back in over 3 weeks. They honestly do not care about the products, quality , or promoted warranty. The only time they care is during the sale of the items. They are very unprofessional, and consider a managers opinion a held policy for service. This corporation needs to be revamped and deep dive into what really matters. Never buying from them again!!! Please look elsewhere before buying."

"Jeff Lengal was very kind to make a very difficult situation for us much more manageable. My aunt has terminal cancer and she needed a special chair to be able to easily maneuver around. The chair she found that worked for her was not available in store. He was kind enough to speak with his manager and allow us to purchase the chair that was in store as the floor model. This was a huge gift to us as we now can have a location for her to sit comfortably without pain. Jeff was patient explained everything clearly both times we came into the store. He is a very friendly, non-pushy sales person the kind of guy you want if you want to take your time and find something that actually works for your situation in your home, this was a perfect experience and we will be forever grateful."
