"Stayed here with my daughter for a few days of Spring Training and vacation. Hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was on point and delicious. Never received turn down service, although I requested it once. Had to make a separate request, and we received towels, but our room was never cleaned and tidied. The pool was fabulous outside, but the water was a bit warm. Otherwise, great stay."

"I stayed over the Christmas weekend for 4 days and never received service to my room. After approaching the front desk on the 3rd day and being promised service, it never came. I had to go after my own clean towels, and I was told to put my used towels in the hallway. The was very disappointing and enough for me to not return. Also, a 6-hr power outage on Christmas morning. Not their fault, but no accommodation given."

"I have stayed at numerous hotels and the Hilton. I have never had a reservation that was non refundable. I'm very disappointed with this hotel and it's policy. I gave plenty of notice for cancelation. I was told that's the way it is. Nothing like making money on the same room that I paid for, now you will rent it to someone else and make twice the money. Very disappointed."

"Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Very clean, cold AC, friendly staff all around, no noise and very close to shops etc. Breakfast: Breakfast is not free *but* apparently, some companies negotiate a lower or free rate. I stayed there for business and my company had negotiated free breakfast. EV Charging: There are EV chargers here (front row by entrance) but they are very slow L1 charges and are very expensive. 1st hour free & 50$ per night. (Mini Buc-ees Not Included)*"

"New building and constantly renovated I am told. The room was elegant with simple decor and cleanliness adhered to. There wasn't any sweetener in my room nor a stirring stick for the coffee. No maintenance issues; which is rare for a hotel room in my experience."
