"Woke up to a flat tire unexpectedly, drove to this location and the service was absolutely 10/10. I didn’t have any appointment but sales person 999 Benjamin S was on point and very concerned with getting my car back up & running. He got me on the schedule right away & he also assured me that he would find the best tires for me. I paid about $540 for a set of 4 tires with a 10 year warranty. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with stellar services. Car was booked 9:46 & completed by 10:24. I highly recommend this discount tire location"

"Came in to get my tires replaced because they recommended that I did as soon as possible, finally was able to get my car in the shop. Waited initially 2 hours before my car was pulled into the shop, which is fine it was busy and I had no problem with that. After we left the store my car began pulling very hard to the right so I brought the car back for them to look at. Then they pulled the car back in and cross switched the two front tires. When the worker, Rich who had helped us from the moment I brought it in, he began telling me that my car was driving funny because of the steering wheel. I told him it’s not my steering wheel because it’s already been looked at and that it’s missing a piece inside the steering Column and that it’s just causes noise. He proceeded to tell me if there’s anymore problems to bring it back. When we left the shop again my car was now pulling to the left, so we brought it back in. As we were talking to Rich he told me it’s not the tires fault and that it’s my steering wheel, I told him twice again that it was not the steering wheel as I have already had it looked at, he then began to say it was a suspension problem or a tire sensor was out on my car. He then told us “what do you want me to do about it”. The car drove straight initially before we brought it in and now it was pulling to both sides, he proceeded to refuse any more service to us and sent me to brake masters for an inspection to prove it was my suspension. Car was inspected and was informed it was indeed the tires and that my suspension and alignment were fine. Manager at brake masters called Rich and even had to tell him it was the tires. Spent 5 hours of my day dealing with a problem they caused and now I’m here the next morning waiting for them to put two more tires on which could’ve been solved yesterday when the problem originally started. Very unprofessional as a manager and a store, as well as making us feel uneasy with our service and other customers services."

"Left work to find i had a flat. Showed up here at 5:45 afraid to come at the last minute. Luis was so friendly and helpful. I wasn't a burden to them and i really appreciate it. Great service and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone"

"This is a difficult review to write. My family has been using this Power & Hampton Discount Tire since they opened.(Lived here since before the Mall 30+ years). They have always been fair and honest, even when they messed up a tire pressure sensor and the tire was flat before I got halfway home. (Live half a mile from the store). But this time they have gone too far. Some time about 2021 we got a screw in a tire on our Outback. Put air in it and drove to the Discount Tire store. They advised us we had two choices because the screw was too close to the side wall to safely repair. 1. Replace the tire and have it ground down to match the size of the other three tires, or 2. Buy four new tires. Grinding the tire would take a day or two. We decided to replace all four and later buy a new tire and have it ground down when it was convenient. They put 4 tires on and bagged the three tires and we put them in our garage. Skip ahead of time until now and the tires are wearing thin so my wife took the three tires to the store to get the thread measured so they could get a new tire and grind it. They told her they could do it today and put a new tire on the car. When she got home I looked at it and it was not ground down. (This will damage the transmission) So, the next day she asked them about it and they told her it didn’t need to be ground down. She went to another Discount Tire store and got a different story but they said they couldn’t grind the tire. (This was after she called them and they told her they could) So, did they lie back in 2021 or are they lying now? There are more details but the bottom line is that I can no longer trust Discount Tires. Very sad, because I’ve always liked them. Now I will have to go to the dealer and get the tire fixed. "Wow. What an experience! My wife had a tire blow on her Mini Cooper and of course no spare. We had the vehicle towed to Discount Tire. I called ahead to make sure they knew it was coming and arrange for new tires. They did not have the original size but recommended some additional options and they were in stock and cheaper. They kept me updated on status and completed the car just after we arrived. I cannot recommend them enough."
