"I was referred to this Farmers by a good friend. When I arrived to the location I was on a very limited time crunch to get Insurance and also had a small budget. Benjamin was very polite and understanding and was able to find me a policy that worked for my budget and never once passed judgment about my situation. Most insurance agencies you can tell your a just a policy # and pay check to them. NOT here. I was treated like I mattered. Wouldn't shop for insurance anywhere else."
"Our family was looking to change insurance companies for our homeowners and auto. We were referred by a friend to Benjamin Tracey. We called for an appointment and he got us in right away to see him. Benjamin took the time to go over our current homeowner and auto policies with us. He explained what our policy covered with our current insurance company and how we could get more coverage with Farmers. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. In the end he saved us money and we received more coverage for less money than our previous insurance company. Even now when I have a question he is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. "Worse agent ever. No communication. All the way to the end. I verbally cancelled in advance at the beginning on the month. I had to do his job and cancelled my own policy with corp a week later as because Benjamin never did it. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Because of this I had to pay for additional days of insurance for no reason."
