"Pretty ridiculous to have Liberty Mutual push leads to the Comparion website, where you submit all of the information again for a quote, the redirected to call the agency. Call a city-specific number for Mesa to have an insurance agent leave on open air hold listening to them breathe waiting for a different agent cause he can’t quote Mesa on the Mesa Contact number. 5 mins out that on hold waiting and I disconnect. As a first impression the lack of care, customer service and attentiveness is a red flag. Clearly there’s no need for new business and no focus on service can’t imagine what that’s like in the event insurance claims come up."
