"Zero stars from me!, the employees at the Dobson and Broadway location in Mesa Arizona are very rude and made allot of mistakes on my account! I have been dealing with Estrella insurance at this location for years and have never had a problem until now, both so called employees literally laughed together at me over the phone when I was asking about the mistakes they made on my account!! When asking where I can get the corporate telephone number to file a complaint, they gave me the telephone number to them selves and then pretended to be customer service! Very unprofessional and I would advise anyone that deals with these two individual’s to pay attention to their insurance information!"
