"My mom came to the office to get her payment method changed. The gentleman, Carlos, didn’t add it correctly. When my mom went to speak with him, he immediately said that it wasn’t accurate that he hadn’t seen her in a long time and doesn’t even remember her. Long story short, he asked her to leave because she asked if the overcharge could be removed. I (her daughter) was very upset to hear that as I work in customer service and am aware that is not a way to treat a customer: I went in and asked him if he recalled her and her situation. He said “vaguely” when I explained to him everything he said their was nothing that could be done. I said but to my mothers recollection you were very rude. He said “I’m trying not to but i could of been.” I asked him to apologize he then asked me not to tell him what to do. I’ve never in my life had someone call me snotty, he said “now I know where you get your attitude”. I asked him for his supervisors name and he didn’t want to give it to me. I told him I wasn’t leaving and I waited. When it was my turn with his co worker, he finally gave me his supervisors business card but I told him I wanted to speak with the other guy and he said I had to leave. He called me snotty and I said you can’t talk to me like that? He said “I’m calling a spade a spade” TERRIBLE IM APPALLED and will be looking into having my mom change insurances ASAP"
