"Called this location to ask a question regarding a part they rent. The associate that answered the phone was very rude and made no effort to help me. When I asked for another associate he said he was on break, so I asked for a manager and he said he was a manager. So I again tried to talk to him about me need and he continued to make comments like “we aren’t mechanics here and it’s not a requirement to be one to work here”. I was shocked at his response so I ended hanging up on him. I will never be contacting or shopping at this location. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service."
"Wanted to give a shout out to one of the employees I forgot to get his name but the young man there was very helpful. I thought knew how to change an intake air filter which takes about 29 seconds but mixed up the filter. Well the folks here were very helpful and helped install it like a minute or two. Great customer service!"
