"Bought low beam headlights for my 2013 Honda Pilot today. Top of the line! When I went to install I couldn't get the light to seat. Figured I was sold the wrong headlight. Nathen assisted me. Said they were the right lights. I asked him if he could help me out and show me what I was doing wrong. He ended up installing both new headlights. In the process I found that I was trying to replace the wrong bulb (high beam). Thanks again Nathen. I was frustrated and you turned a bad experience into a positive one. I always come to this Auto Zone. Everyone is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made my day!!!"

"I had an amazing experience at Autozone. Shout out to Matt. Last Thursday, at around 7:00 pm, I called them to ask if they could change my car battery if I could come that night. The man who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. He suggested that if I could come to the store as soon as possible, he would have one of his workers stay back to change the battery for me. When I reached the store, I purchased the battery and Matt started working on it. I must say, Matt was incredible! I was able to sit in my car and watch a show on Netflix while he changed my battery. My car has a huge battery that is a little hard to remove, but Matt was still able to change it within 15-20 minutes, even though other Autozones were unable to do so."

"I'm a former employee of autozone, and here are my thoughts. Starting out working here is great, but don't stay. They say there are career advancement opportunities, but they will not help you if they do not like you. I tried transferring to another location, and they gave no information to the new location this has severely screwed me over as I had to make another transfer recently, they can not transfer me without any information on training, even the upper management here is lazy and will not help you, and they will ghost you. Do not work here. This has put me in the hole financially, I dont even have a home anymore. The employees in the red shirts are probably the best employees at autozone, even if they are young and not so knowledgeable. Remember, this is a retail job. They don't have to be certified or have any knowledge to sell, but they will help you to the best of their ability."

"Amazing customer service, I came in alone (female) at night and was met with the most amazing worker, august kennard. He helped me find out exactly what was wrong with my car and even came outside to check it himself! He was able to find the problem and tell me how to fix it just in case it happened again. Within seconds we were able to get the check engine light to go away. I am beyond happy with the amazing service here!
