"Update: dropping this down to two stars due to the extensive issues I’ve had with the engine not even a thousand miles in I’ve been going to Greulich’s for years now and they’ve always done good work. The engine on my FJ died recently and they had it replaced within a week. I noticed the key was broken when I got the car back (it was not broken when I dropped it off) and figured oh well I’ll just replace it. After calling a dealership and finding out it would be $400 to replace, I called Greulich’s back and let them know what happened. They offered to fix it right away. Joey has been very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process"

"This place came highly recommended. They ran tests and told me that I needed a $1,100 alternator. Even told me to have it ordered within 30 minutes to have it delivered by the next day. I got a second opinion and only needed a $5 battery replacement for my key fob. I definitely won’t be back."

I will have these needs taken care of in two more visits. They reported that my Honda is now in good overall condition for driving safely. "I asked for a recommendation for an interior car cleaner (seats of the car). Josh recommended someone that worked at Greulich's - Joe Reyes. I made an appointment with Joe, but he didn't show up. After waiting for 2.5 hours, I called. Joe said he lost my contact info (it's in their computers and he could have asked Josh who recommended his), and then he said he was called in to work. No apology. I called back to speak to Josh, and said to both of them that the decent thing to do was call me to cancel so that I didn't have to wait for nothing. Neither of them were sincere or regretful. I will not go to Greulich's anymore."
