"Pharmacist Tiffany hung up on me and lied to me over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. I work in healthcare and used to work for CVS as a tech. I know you can do an inventory check for other locations to help out the providers when meds are back ordered. She refused to do so and hung up on me and I was not rude on the phone, just simple called her out on her lie. As a pharmacist you should be a better role model to your staff. I could have waited if she was busy and needed a moment but that was never even offered. Instead she insisted I was wasting her time and she would not do it for me. Shortages are tough on all medical staff, not just pharmacists. We should be working as a team and not against each other."
