"We purchased a new pool pump and filter and set up the installation at the store come the installation day. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They never arrived when we called the store. The store said we had to contact the service department when we did we found out they reschedule us to the 24th and never told us. I’m sure the pool will be green by then as the current pump is broken and leaking. Worst service ever."
"Helpful and friendly staff that wasn't trying to sell me all kinds of items. Just answered any questions we had and showed us everything we wanted to see. Just wish chemicals were a little lower priced but I guess that's the price you pay for owning a pool in the great state of AZ."
"Very friendly and helpful. They tested our water, gave suggestions, and we already have seen great improvements in just one day. Products are a bit pricey here (save those coupons!) but the customer service is fabulous."
