"Wonderful folks who obviously view what they do as an art. This was the third time I’ve bought a farm-raised turkey breast from them, and it will feed us plain, in reubens, in pot pie, and on a BBQ pizza (and probably beyond). The flavor is so far beyond a grocery breast, and estimating maybe 14 meals X 2, this breast breaks down to a very reasonable $2.80 per meal. And when you have helpful and informative butchers, it makes creating good meals even more rewarding. And the diversity of the GB staff means a diverse selection of specialty meats."
"This is one of the best meat markets around! We go there regularly, but ordered a Bison whole ribeye to make prime rib from, had them bacon wrap it by the way.... this is the pre-game, before it goes on the charcoal rotisserie, more picks to come of the game."
"First time shopping here and had a prime ribeye. Best we have had in years. Staff was attentive and very friendly. I could not get my dog to eat the cows ear but she is picky. She did enjoy a few scraps of the steak though. Would highly recommend this place."
"The Gilbert Butchery has been on my foodie radar since moving to Gilbert a little over two years ago. We decided to preorder a de-boned tie-on prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. As soon as we walked in the shop we were met with the amazing smokey scent of their homemade beef jerky being made in back. After we placed our order we walked around the shop. I noticed that they had bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, so that went down. Can’t wait to try them. One shelf in particular which displayed their seasonings, rubs, and sauces immediately caught my eye as we were leaving. I had to pickup one of their spicy seasonings and a jar of hot salsa to add to my collection. Their staff is extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!"
"This place is close to my house and I feel so lucky. Their meat is such good quality and the variety is outstanding. I love that they offer Sabrett hot dogs, sauerkraut, onions and mustard. I also love that offer a meat mixture of beef, veal and pork for my meatballs. They carry food and treats for pets! If you haven't been here, you need to come check it out! The staff is super knowledgable and helpful."
