"Screwed up an online order, I got it straightened out with the corporate help number. Agent at help desk suggested I call the store to inform them how to combine orders so they don’t screw it up again and associate who answered was quite rude, told me they were closing and to call again in morning. Would suggest ordering elsewhere unless you enjoy being the missing link in corporate communications."
"Total wine was awesome. It wasn't my first time in there but it had been years and the customer service is unmatched. Everyone you pass is try to help you. Even someone on their way into the back room with stuff, say it down to show me where to go. Not only that, after seeing the variety they have here you won't go anywhere else. The app has discounts advertised all the time. This is my new go to place for adults beverages."
"They are 5 when they have my brew. When they don’t a 3.. haha. My fav. Is the well being brew hell raiser dark Amber. I also like the sober carpenter Irish red.. the new one I’m going to try is the brew dog Elvis AF.. this for all those that like brew and non- alcoholic.. hits the spot.. oh I like to tell u I tried the Elvis AF and it’s very good. Very light bodied though."
